Who we are
BlackBeard Web Design ("we," "us") provides web design and website maintenance services to small businesses in El Paso, Texas. This site is blackbeardwebdesign.com. Contact: blackbeardwebdesign@outlook.com or (915) 820-9542.
What we collect
- What you send us through our forms. If you request a free demo or book a premium consult, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, your current website if you provide one, and the plan or budget you select. These forms are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. We use this only to prepare your demo or consult and to contact you about it.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to respond and provide services you request.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless tool. It records aggregate page views, referral sources, and anonymized interaction events (for example, which portfolio filter was clicked). It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites.
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies and has no user accounts.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run advertising or third-party trackers.
- We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Service providers
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes our contact forms, fonts are served by Fontshare, and analytics by Plausible. Each processes technical data (such as IP addresses in server logs) as needed to deliver their service.
Client information
If you become a client, information you provide for your website (business details, photos, contact information) is used solely to build and maintain your site. It is never sold or reused for other clients.
Your choices
You can email us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request deletion. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
