Hi, I'm Oscar, your El Paso web designer.

I own BlackBeard Web Design, a web design business in El Paso, Texas. I'm married, and we're expecting our first baby.

I learned to code to build something of my own. For the past year I've worked for Uber around El Paso, and somewhere in that year I made up my mind. Now I write sites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the three languages every website is written in.

I check every page myself, on a real phone, before you see it. AI helps me write and test the code faster, but the last look is always mine.

My first client in El Paso: EZE Renovation

My first client was EZE Renovation, right here in El Paso, Texas. Israel Cisneros runs it with his own crew. They paint houses inside and out, and they also do bathroom remodels, tile, drywall, concrete, carpentry and laminate floors.

Painting brings in most of their work, so the site leads with it. The first thing you see asks "Need your house painted?" and shows a wall going from builder beige to desert sage.

Each of the other trades gets its own short section further down, and the call and text buttons stay one tap away on a phone. You can see it at ezerenovation.com.
